Magic in Motion is a four-week immersive journey designed to help you return to yourself — body, mind, and spirit. Blending yoga, breathwork, meditation, and mindful journaling, it bridges the ancient wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita with the rhythm of modern life.
This experience is more than a course — it’s a reawakening. Through embodied movement and energetic awareness, you’ll learn how to live and act with intention, grounding spiritual philosophy into everyday motion. Each week invites you into a deeper layer of self-discovery — exploring the chakras, understanding your energy, and aligning your actions with your dharma (purpose).
Guided by Zoë Howard (The Yoga Fairy) and Tamara of Soul Current, this program was born from the shared belief that transformation happens when awareness meets action — when we stop trying to escape life and instead move with it.
Participants receive recorded classes, live group calls, reflection prompts, and access to a conscious community devoted to inner growth. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner seeking renewal, Magic in Motion offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and remember the light that’s always been yours.
